About Online Giving
This online giving page is provided as a convenience to our members and friends who regularly give to support our initiatives. If you are a visitor to our website you should feel no obligation to make a contribution using this online facility.
Types of Credit Cards
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
Receipts & Tax Deductible Receipts
You may give to The Rocks Ministry Inc anonymously by calling our office or giving into our BSB using Internet banking. Please note that all giving for The Rocks Ministry is not tax deductible.
Currency
All amounts on the giving form appear and are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payments & Security Procedure
One-off and recurring credit card payments can be made from your mobile phone using Pushpay or can be made online via our secure Payment Gateway to complete your transaction. The payment form is on an encrypted and secure website by Pushpay.com who complies with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) for accepting credit card payments online. Your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-?bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-?bit SSL encryption is the industry standard. Refund Policy
Please check carefully any giving or payment amounts prior to completing your transaction. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision on how you wish funds to be allocated.
Privacy Policy
The Rocks Ministry Inc is committed to keeping your personal and contributions details private. Any information we collect in relation to you or your giving is kept strictly secured and confidential.
Direct Debit Request (DDR) Agreement
This DDR Agreement is with THE ROCKS MINISTRY INC (ABN 34 460 390 758). It explains what your obligations are when undertaking a Direct Debit arrangement with us. It also details what our obligations are to you as your Direct Debit provider. Please keep this agreement for future reference. It forms part of the terms and conditions of your Direct Debit Request (DDR) and should be read in conjunction with this form.
Debiting your account
By signing a DDR or by providing us with a valid instruction, you have authorised us to arrange for funds to be debited from your account on the date that it is due.
If a payment due date falls on a weekend or a public holiday, we will automatically debit the payment on the next business day.
Changing your DDR Authority
Please provide at least 14 days notice before your next debit payment date for either:
– altering the amount you wish to give, or
– altering your financial institution details, or
– delaying, stopping or suspending any debits, or canceling the Agreement completely.
You will need to notify us by writing to giving@therocks.church or by telephoning us on 08 6114 7988 during business hours
Your Obligations
Please ensure that there are sufficient clear funds in your account on the due dates to enable the DDR to be paid by your financial institution. If there are insufficient funds in your account, you may incur dishonour fees from your financial institution.
DDR Dispute Resolution
If you believe that there has been an error in debiting your account, you should notify us directly on THE ROCKS MINISTRY INC and confirm that notice in writing with us as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query more quickly. Alternatively, you can take it up directly with your financial institution.
If we conclude as a result of our investigations that your account has been incorrectly debited we will respond to your query by arranging for your financial institution to adjust your account (including interest and charges) accordingly. We will also notify you in writing of the amount by which your account has been adjusted.
If we conclude as a result of our investigations that your account has not been incorrectly debited we will respond to your query by providing you with reasons and any evidence for this finding in writing.
Your Records
We will not disclose any details of your DDR to any person or corporation unless required to do so by law or unless the information is required in relation to a disputed transaction.
Your Account
You should be aware that some financial institutions may not allow DDR to be processed to certain types of accounts. You should check your account details against a recent statement from your financial institution, or check with your financial institution to ensure that a DDR can be processed to your account.
