We ask that you are dropped off at the campsite. If you are not able to, please let your small group leader know and we will help you arrange for transport from church to the campsite.

Registration

Early bird: $189 | Regular: $209 | Late: $229

Cost includes 2 dinners, 2 lunches, 2 breakfasts, snacks, accomodation for 2 nights, camp t-shirt, and welcome pack.

Baptisms

Baptisms are happening at camp Sunday morning. If you're thinking of getting baptised at TRY Camp this year, please tell your youth leader and fill in the form below.

Here, our Youth Pastor, Citra Laupase, will explain what it means to be baptised and will be available to answer any questions you have. If you're interested, please contact Cit at 0478669606.

Grab your name tag, camp t-shirt, and welcome pack, and dorm assignment.
Sign up to TWO workshops.
Get your polaroid photo taken.
Go to your dorm to put your luggage down.

PACKING LIST

Clothes for 3 days

Bring an assortment of t-shirts, shorts, pants, undergarments, pyjamas, whatever you'll need to feel comfortable in for 3 days at camp!

Sneakers + Slides

We recommend that you bring TWO pairs of shoes: ENCLOSED SNEAKERS and SLIDES

Towel + Toiletries

Bring a towel, and all your toiletries, including skincare, hair products, toothbrush and toothpaste!

Sleeping bag OR Blankets

It gets cold at night during April, so make sure to bring a sleeping OR you can also bring blankets.

Pillow

Your head needs something to rest on at night!

Bible + Journal

You'll need them to take notes during the sessions!

Snacks!

For those late-night hangs, and maybe even to share with your friends!

Phone

We encourage our teens to put away their phones and enjoy time connecting with their friends and leaders, but please bring a mobile phone so that you can contact your teen before, during, and after the camp.

What is TRY Camp?

TRY Camp is The Rocks Youth’s annual camp. TRY Camp is filled with dynamic worship, inspiring guest speakers, action packed tribal wars, impactful small group sessions, and lifelong memories!

What does registration include?

Dorm accommodation for Friday and Saturday night
Meals - Friday: dinner
Meals - Saturday: breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner
Meals - Sunday: breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea
Camp t-shirt
Bus transport from campsite to The Rocks Church, Baldivis or Cannington on Sunday 13 April 2025

It's really expensive! Can I get a discount?

We understand it's hard for some of us to come up with that kind of money. Don't worry, we get it! And we really don't want PRICE to be the thing that stops you from coming to camp. We have a couple of options available for you:

Apply for a full sponsorship: We are blessed to be part of a generous church who take joy in investing in the next generation. IF you choose this option, as soon as someone has applied to be a Full Sponsor, we will send you a Full Discount Code to apply for your registration.

Apply for a partial sponsorship: Unlike a full sponsorship, this partial sponsorship will deduct a select amount from the registration price, which means you will pay, but a lesser amount. We consider this a noble sponsorship, as through it, we encourage those who do have the ability to earn money (with a job, allowance) to save up a certain amount. This sponsorship invites teens to show initiative and commitment - if you really want it, you will make every effort to get it. For this reason alone, we do not give full sponsorships to just anyone.If you would like to apply for any of the above, please click scroll to the top of this page and click the button APPLY FOR SPONSORSHIP.

Can I refund my camp registration?

Should you for any reason decide to withdraw your registration, a full refund will be offered minus any credit card or booking fees if cancelled by Sunday 16th March 2025. Should you withdraw your registration after this date, a $30 refund will be offered and you will still receive your camp t-shirt. No cancellations are permitted after this date and only registration transfers will be permitted.

Is there a family discount if I register more than two teens?

Yes there is! This year, we're excited to offer discounts for families with 2 or more teens.

Based on early bird price:
1 Teen - $189
2 Teens - $360
3 Teens - $540

Please note: This applies ONLY to families, not friends. We will require you to state that you are family in the registration.
