Location & Date

Serpentine Camping Centre
Camp Location: Serpentine Camping Centre, 22 Transit Rd, Jarrahdale WA 6124

Transport

Please arrange your own transport to and from the campsite. If you need any assistance with transport, please let Caleb know at caleb@therocks.church.

Check in starts at 7PM, please arrive promptly.

Registration

  • Early Bird $185 (ends Sunday, 29 June 2025)
  • Regular $205 (ends Sunday, 6 July 2025)
  • Late $220 (ends Wednesday, 16 July 2025 - not guaranteed your jumper size)

Registrations close on Wednesday, 16 July 2025.

Cost includes 1 dinners, 2 lunches, 2 breakfasts, snacks, accomodation for 2 nights, camp hoodie, and welcome pack.


Baptisms

Baptisms are happening at camp on Sunday. If you're thinking of getting baptised at YA Camp this year, please tell your small group leader.

PACKING LIST

Everything you need to bring to camp!

Clothes for 3 days

Bring an assortment of t-shirts, shorts, pants, undergarments, pyjamas, whatever you'll need to feel comfortable in for 3 days at camp!

Sneakers + Slides

We recommend that you bring TWO pairs of shoes: ENCLOSED SNEAKERS and SLIDES

Towel + Toiletries

Bring a towel, and all your toiletries, including skincare, hair products, toothbrush and toothpaste!

Sleeping bag OR Blankets

It's July friends, it's going to be cold. So make sure to bring a sleeping bag OR you can also bring blankets and sheets.

Pillow

Your head needs something to rest on at night!

Bible + Journal

You'll need them to take notes during the sessions!

Snacks!

For those late-night hangs, and maybe even to share with other YAs!

Phone

We encourage you to put away their phones during session activities and enjoy time connecting with other YAs!

What is YA Camp?
YA Camp is The Rocks Young Adult's annual camp. YA Camp is filled with dynamic worship, inspiring guest speakers, action packed tribal wars, impactful small group sessions, and lifelong memories!
What does registration include?
Dorm accommodation for Friday and Saturday night
Meals - Saturday: breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner
Meals - Sunday: breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea
Camp hoodie
It's really expensive! Can I get a discount?
We understand it's hard for some of us to come up with that kind of money. Don't worry, we get it! And we really don't want PRICE to be the thing that stops you from coming to camp. We have a couple of options available for you:

Apply for a full sponsorship: We are blessed to be part of a generous church who take joy in investing in the next generation. IF you choose this option, as soon as someone has applied to be a Full Sponsor, we will send you a Full Discount Code to apply for your registration.

Apply for a partial sponsorship: Unlike a full sponsorship, this partial sponsorship will deduct a select amount from the registration price, which means you will pay, but a lesser amount. We consider this a noble sponsorship, as through it, we encourage those who do have the ability to earn money (with a job, allowance) to save up a certain amount. This sponsorship invites teens to show initiative and commitment - if you really want it, you will make every effort to get it. For this reason alone, we do not give full sponsorships to just anyone.If you would like to apply for any of the above, please click scroll to the top of this page and click the button APPLY FOR SPONSORSHIP.
Can I refund my camp registration?
Should you for any reason decide to withdraw your registration, a full refund will be offered minus any credit card or booking fees if cancelled by Sunday 7th July 2025. Should you withdraw your registration after this date, a $30 refund will be offered and you will still receive your camp hoodie. No cancellations are permitted after this date and only registration transfers will be permitted.
